1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using TempGet, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have the necessary authorization. You must also meet the minimum age required in your location to independently consent to digital services and comply with applicable laws.
2. Service scope
TempGet provides free temporary inboxes and permanent forwarding aliases. They can receive and forward email only; users cannot send messages. Temporary addresses last 3 hours by default and can be extended up to 24 hours. Forwarding accounts can have up to 100 aliases, with the most recent 30 days of records available for management.
Temporary email does not retain attachments, and messages larger than 100 MB are rejected. Forwarded messages up to 50 MB are forwarded with attachments retained. Messages over 50 MB and up to 100 MB are forwarded without attachments being archived. Messages larger than 100 MB are rejected.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You may use the service for trial sign-ups, downloading public materials, testing applications you control, isolating subscriptions, and managing legitimate notifications. You may not use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, evading law enforcement or platform bans, violating others’ privacy or intellectual property, creating addresses in bulk, probing tokens, load-testing interfaces, reselling addresses, or falsely claiming third-party partnerships.
If we detect abuse, we may limit requests, invalidate addresses, suspend forwarding, or deny access, and we may cooperate with valid legal requests.
4. Login, security, and email content
Forwarding mode uses a six-digit verification code sent to your real email address instead of a password. You are responsible for protecting control of your email account, your sessions, and temporary access tokens. Email content comes from the sender, and TempGet does not guarantee that it is genuine, safe, or free of malicious links. Check the domain before clicking.
5. Availability and termination
Delivery depends on sender policies, DNS, network queues, spam filtering, and capacity limits. We do not guarantee that every email will arrive or arrive within a specific timeframe. We may change domains, rate-limit requests, suspend features, or discontinue the service for security, maintenance, or capacity reasons.
6. Disclaimers and contact
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for address expiration, delayed or lost email, third-party rejection, malicious messages, unrecoverable accounts, or any resulting indirect losses.
These terms may be updated as features and laws change. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your forwarding aliases. For questions, contact support@tempget.com.
